About HOPES-FUND
Our Mission
To provide essential funding and resources to support veterinary care, shelter needs, and emergency assistance for animals in distress. By fostering a compassionate community, we empower pet owners and animal caretakers to ensure that every animal receives the care they deserve.
OUr Story
Hope’s Fund was created by my wife and I after we lost our beloved Hope after only 8 years. Throughout her illness, tens of thousands of dollars were spent at various veterinary clinics in an effort to make her healthy and happy. Sadly, it was not meant to be, and she crossed over the rainbow bridge in the care of a nearby veterinary hospital.
Upon reflection of the results of the treatments and the financial burden they placed on us, we decided to do what we could to try and ease the burden on others who were going through similar circumstances with their pet/partner. It is also our hope that owners facing life or death decisions for their animals may choose life knowing there may be financial aid to help mitigate the costs.
Applying for reimbursement
From Hope’s Fund we can aid in cases such as Potential Life-threatening conditions requiring medical intervention, Major health issues requiring medical intervention (Loss of function, limbs, senses, etc.), Health issues requiring medical intervention, Euthanasia (in consultation with vet or staff- vet approval) at home, Removal fees, spay and neutering and transportation fees for sheltering in case of natural disaster.
